Returns – Errors – Cancellations


It's important to us that you're happy with your order.  In the event that there's a problem we'll work with you to resolve it to your satisfaction within 10 days of your invoice date.  We'll either re-create your order in part or whole as necessary.  We do not, unfortunately, issue refunds.  We do not accept returns for used or worn items.


It you find items in your order that don't meet your satisfaction, please let us know.   There's a margin of error in producing printed goods which can cause some variations.  We're always glad to work with you to resolve any issue.

PMS Color Match

Color matches are always close approximations and are never guaranteed.  We'll always do our best to match your color request, either ink or thread, with the colors shown in the Pantone Color Bridge Book.  Colors represented on a computer monitor are not reliable and vary according to your monitor's calibration and settings.

Customer-Supplied Garments

Please allow for up to 3% misprints on customer-supplied garments.  Goods are embellished by hand and errors are a normal part of the process and are to be expected.   We do, however, work hard to keep them to a minimum!


If an order is already in process it may be impossible to cancel your order.  We understand emergencies occur and will work with you to reasonably halt production on your order.  It is not guaranteed, however.   All set-up costs, items already embellished, shipping charges, and re-stocking fees for blank goods will be billed.
