Pricing and Payment

What are the standard minimum order quantities?

Embroidered:  Pricing is based on item quantity and number of stitches required to reproduce your art.
Screen printed:  Pricing is based on item quantity and number of colors in your art per location.
Promotional items:  Minimum order quantities for promotional items vary by product. Please refer to individual product detail pages on our website.

What charges/requirements are associated with my order?

Embroidered:

Digitizing charges: $10.00 per 1,000 stitches.  A 1x fee.  File may be re-used, same art size, for a variety of items.
Text: Must be 1/4″ or greater in height to be legible.
Colors: Up to 9 colors per location.

Screen printed:

Screen charge: $30 per color.  Printing on dark fabric requires an additional screen for underbase.

Re-orders:  $10 per screen set-up charge for re-orders within one year of the original order, same art.  

PMS Color match: $15.  For non-stock colors requiring a custom mix.  Always a close approximation.
Individual polybagging:  Add $.50 per garment.
Colors: Up to 7 colors per location.

Promotional items: 

Setup charges: Vary by product. Please refer to individual product detail pages on our website.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be excluded from your order by faxing or emailing a current re-seller’s permit.  Our fax number  is (510) 268-8568, email info@poppypromos.com.

Payments not made by cash or check:

All pricing is based on cash, check, or ACH transfer payment.  For payments made by credit card, a lost cash discount of 3.5% will be added to the invoice.
